The residences which include studios, suites, maisonettes and presidential residences (situated in the two towers of the restored building) offer their guests a comfortable and memorable stay. Every residence features television with satellite reception, wi-fi internet at external areas,  direct-dial telephone, independent air-conditioning /heating, a private veranda or balcony, bathroom with bath, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, and in most a fire place and a separate living /dining room. Please note that pets are not allowed. Other facilities include a large swimming pool with a separate section for children, a coffee-bar / restaurant and a games room.
